1. No insulation and oxide on both of the pins.
2. There’s no crack or avulsion on the plastic part, whose deformation will not happen under the temperature of 220℃. and its fire retardency meets the requirements of UL-94 V0 standard;
3. Parts insulation test: 1800V 1mA AC, lasting for 1s without breakdown
4. Insulation resistance between two rings: ≥ 200mΩ
5. The current between each lead pin and slip ring is 10a, and the voltage drop is less than 7mv
6. The hardness of copper ring is hv110-140, and the tensile strength is not less than 315mpa (GB / T 1527-1997)
7. The heat resistance of the component is 200℃, in which it cannot deform for two hours. The lead wire and copper ring are well connected, and they can work normally under – 40℃;
8. The lead wire and copper ring are welded by ultrasonic method, and the pull-out force of the lead wire is greater than 120N
